In this video we have, Michelle First from the “Brooklyn Kitchen” with the assistance of Jakob Von Eichel here to show us how Michelle’s Hot Sauce called “Heatsy” is made. This bright red sauce is made from Mexican Chilie, Chili De Arbol, Garlic, salt, white distilled vinegar and a bit of Sherry for that nice “oaky” flavor. If you’re looking to try a new sauce and want a fairly easy recipe to follow, give this one a shot (I know I will)!
